Petitioner, David S. White, seeks review by this court of a decision of the Director of the District of Columbia Department of Employment Services affirming a determination by a hearing examiner of that agency regarding the status of White’s work-related back injury. The hearing examiner, while finding that White had received an accidental injury to his right knee on October 13,1997, which arose out of and in the course of his employment with WMA-TA/Hayward/Baker, also concluded that White’s previous work-related back injury had resolved prior to the time that the…
