Respondent was admitted to practice as an attorney and counselor at law in the State of New York at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of the State of New York, Second Department, on October 1, 1913, under the name of Irving Lindenbaum. On October 27, 1916, by order of the Supreme Court, Kings county, respondent was authorized to assume the name of Irving Bruce Linden on and after December 14, 1916, by which he has since been known.
