MEMORANDUM OPINION

COLLEEN KOLLAR-KOTELLY, District Judge.

In what remains of this action brought pro se under the Freedom of Information Act (“FOIA”), 5 U.S.C. § 552, and the Privacy Act, 5 U.S.C. § 552a, the Bureau of Prisons (“BOP”) has renewed its motion for summary judgment as to counts 8, 10, 11 and 13 of the complaint. 1 Upon consideration of the motion, plaintiffs opposition, BOP’s reply and the relevant parts of the record, the Court will grant in part and deny in part BOP’s motion for summary judgment.
