DOYLE, Judge.
Dr. Luis E. Nunez appeals from an order of the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County which denied his motion to compel the payment of additional interest.
The facts of this case are undisputed. Dr. Nunez owned property located at 1614 Summer Street in the City of Philadelphia On April 26,1973, the Redevelopment Authority of the City of Philadelphia (RDA) filed a declaration of taking against this property.
