Police responded to a domestic violence report. Johnson, the aggressor, exited the house. While one officer was handcuffing and putting Johnson in the patrol car, another officer entered the home after the victim opened the front door. Inside, the officer immediately smelled marijuana. The victim told the officer that she and Johnson had been smoking marijuana; she also showed the officer a marijuana pipe and some residue.
