On the 5th day of February, 1886, Patton Bros, instituted a suit in chancery in the Circuit Court of Logan county to enforce a judgment against L. S. Deskins, who with others *351was made a defendant. At the October term, 1886, a decree was entered directing alarge tract of land comprising ,five thousand one hundred and eighty five acres, to be sold by a special commissioner.
