George Washington (Claimant) appeals from a decision of the Unemployment Compensation Board of Review (Board) which affirmed a referee’s decision denying Claimant benefits under Section 402(b) of the Unemployment Compensation Law1 (Law). We will vacate and remand.

The referee made the following pertinent findings which were adopted by the Board: Claimant was last employed by Giorgi Mushroom (Employer) as a picker.
