This medical malpractice case was tried, and the jury returned a verdict of no cause of action. This Court reversed and remanded for new trial. Jilek v Stockson, 289 Mich App 291; 796 NW2d 267 (2010). Our decision was, in turn, reversed by the Supreme Court. Jilek v Stockson, 490 Mich 961 (2011).
