The petitioner, George Eldores Blauvelt, by order of this Court made and entered herein on August 25, 1964, files in.forma pauperis his application for a writ of habeas corpus. The petitioner al*386leges that he is presently incarcerated by the State of Alabama at Kilby Prison, Montgomery, Alabama, in violation of hite constitutional rights.
