To the Honorable, the House of Representatives of the State of Rhode Island and Providence Plantations:
We have received your request seeking the advice of the justices of this Court, in accordance with the provisions of article 10, section 3 of the Rhode Island Constitution, concerning legislation (2007-H 6266) that is presently pending before the House of Representatives.
