MEMORANDUM OPINION
DOUGLAS O. TICE, Jr., Bankruptcy Judge.
Trial was held December 21, 1994, on plaintiffs complaint to except a judgment debt from discharge pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(6) and (a)(9).
For reasons stated in this opinion, judgment will be entered for defendant, and the complaint dismissed.
Facts
On May 29, 1993, debtor was drinking alcoholic beverages for approximately two hours in a neighborhood bar in Richmond, Virginia; upon leaving the bar, he got into his motor vehicle, started to drive away, and struck plaintiffs parked motor vehicle, causing substantial damage.
