Homer Ferguson, Judge:

The accused was convicted by general court-martial of fraudulent enlistment, a purported violation of Article 83, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 50 USC § 677, and larceny of a wristwatch, a violation of Article 121, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 50 USC § 715. He was sentenced to a dishonorable discharge, total forfeitures, and confinement for eighteen months.
