This is a statutory trespass to try title suit brought by appellee against appellant on July 30, 1935, in one of the district courts of Harris county, to recover title to and possession of 4 certain lots in block B, Smith and Gibbons addition to the town of Harrisburg. Appellant's answer consisted of a general demurrer, general denial, and plea of not guilty. The trial was without a jury, and resulted in a judgment for appellee.
