Appeal from, PolJc District Court. — Hon. Marcus Kavanagh, Jr., Judged Action in equity to foreclose certain chattel mortgages, and a mortgage on real estate, and for decree to establish priorities. The case was submitted to the district court, and decree entered, from which the plaintiff appeals.
