This is an appeal from a judgment of the District Court of Dallas County, 14th Judicial District.

We adopt the “Statement of the Nature of the Case” as set forth in appellant’s brief, which is accepted by appellees.

This is an injunction suit instituted by appellant against the Missouri-Kansas-Texas Railroad Company of Texas, to enjoin it from fixing appellant’s seniority date at August 1, 1936, instead of June 15, 1923, to which suit E.
