Mrs. Zora Alice Wilson brought suit'in the district court of Jack county against the Texas Mutual Life Insurance Association of Waco, Tex., a private corporation doing business as a mutual aid insurance company. She alleged that her former husband, R. Z. Wilson, was insured in the defendant company for the maximum amount of $2,500.
