In an action to recover damages for personal injuries, the plaintiff appeals from an order and judgment (one paper) of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Milano, J.), dated May 14, 1998, which granted the defendant’s motion for *524summary judgment on the ground that the plaintiff had not suffered a serious injury within the meaning of Insurance Law § 5102 (d), and dismissed the complaint.
Ordered that the order and judgment is affirmed, with costs.
