OPINION

MATHIAS, Judge.

Harry Gornick ("Gornick") pled guilty in Lake County Superior Court to Class B felony robbery and Class B felony confinement under cause number 45G04-0309-FB-76 ("FB-76"), Class B felony burglary under cause number 45G04-0309-FB-81 ("FB-81"), and Class C felony robbery and Class D felony confinement under cause number 45G04-0809-FC-116 ("FC-116") in the Superior Court of Lake County. Gornick appeals, raising three expanded and restated issues for review:
