The plaintiff Vivienne Rabidue (plaintiff or Rabidue) timely appealed the district court’s judgment in favor of defendant Osceola Refining Co. (Osceola), a division of Texas-American Petrochemicals, Inc. (defendant or Texas-American), after a bench trial on plaintiff’s charges of sex discrimination and sexual harassment.
