Defendants Larry Darnell Westbrook, Wayne Allen Bledsoe, Jr., Michael Lynn Peoples, and A.J. Green appeal their convictions for conspiracy to possess crack cocaine with intent to distribute and to distribute crack cocaine in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 846 and 841(a)(1) (count 1) and Westbrook and Bledsoe appeal their convictions for money laundering in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1956(a)(1)(B)© (count 2). Westbrook also appeals the district court’s calculation of his offense level under the U.S. Sentencing Guidelines, which resulted in a guideline range of life…
