[¶ 1] Brian Wicklund and Deborah Williams, the surviving children of Maurice Wicklund, appeal from an order granting Betty Wicklund’s petition for an elective share, personal representative fees, attorney fees, and funeral and last illness expenses from Maurice Wicklund’s estate after remand in Estate of Wicklund, 2012 ND 29, 812 N.W.2d 359.
