MARING, Justice.

[¶ 1] Riverwood Commercial Park, LLC, and Tom Freidt (collectively “River-wood”) have appealed from a judgment dismissing their action against Standard Oil Company (“Standard”) and Tesoro Refining and Marketing Company (“Tesoro”) for trespass, breach of contract, slander of title, right to quiet title, interference with prospective advantage, fraud, and nuisance.
