Subdivision 6 of section 2837 of the Code provides that a new trial shall be granted when “the verdict, report, or decision is not sustained by sufficient evidence, or is contrary to law.” Appellant moved for a new trial on these grounds, and now complains that said motion was overruled, contending that the verdict is not sustained by sufficient evidence.
