This is an action by a charter company to recover damages for breach of contract from a carrier airline. Plaintiff I.L.T.A., Inc. appeals from a judgment of the District Court for the Western District of New York (Michael A. Telesca, J.) granting summary judgment for the defendant United Airlines. The district court held that the airline did not breach its contract with I.L.
