This is an appeal by the defendant John Stovner from a judgment in his favor for damages for breach of contract in the sum of $960. This judgment was allowed on his cross-complaint against third-party defendants Edward E. Kindell, Jr., Edward E. Kindell, Sr., and Theresa Kindell. Defendant contends that the trial court applied the wrong measure of damages and that his recovery should have been for the full contract price.
