The controversy in this ease arose over the ownership and right of possession to a narrow strip of land containing about two and «one-eighths acres. The original bill was filed in 1915. A demurrer was filed to the bill shortly after the bill was filed and was overruled by the Chancellor, but with leave to rely upon the grounds thereof in the answer.
