MEMORANDUM OPINION

STROM, Senior District Judge.

This matter is before the Court on the defendants’ motions to dismiss (Filing Nos. 20 and 25). After careful review of the motions, briefs, exhibits, and applicable law, the Court finds that (1) the plaintiff did exhaust her administrative remedies with respect to her sexual harassment claim; (2) defendant O’Leary cannot be held individually liable under Title VII or Neb.Rev.Stat. § 20-148; (3) the Court may properly exercise supplemental jurisdiction over the state claims; and (4) the plaintiff did- allege facts sufficient to state a cause of…
