Petitioner R3 Aerospace, Inc. (“R3”) commenced a Special Proceeding in the Supreme Court of the State of New York seeking to disqualify the law firm of Haight, Gardner, Poor & Havens (“HGPH”) from representing respondent Marshall of Cambridge Aerospace Limited (“Marshall”) in an arbitration proceeding because of alleged violations of New York’s Code of Professional Responsibility and Disciplinary Rules.
