Upon final trial on the facts, in response to their application therefor, the trial court, sitting without a jury, granted the appellees, that is, W. L. Price, P. H. Waters, F. A. Llewellyn, and R. H. Martin, all as members in good standing of appellant order— except that Llewellyn had been forced to drop his membership therein about the year 1931 — a permanent injunction, mandatory in character, against appellant Brotherhood of Railroad Trainmen, an unincorporated voluntary association for labor union purposes, within the purview of R.S. art. 6133, restraining it, its officers, and others,…
