Respondent was the subject of a juvenile delinquency petition charging numerous acts, the most serious of which, if committed by an adult, would constitute burglary in the first degree (see, Penal Law § 140.30 [3]), a class B felony. Following a fact-finding hearing, the matter was continued until the scheduled dispositional hearing on June 10, 1991, at which time respondent failed to appear.
