CHRISTIAN, Judge.

The offense is murder; the punishment, death.

Glenn Warren, Roy Cusack and appellant entered into a conspiracy to rob Charlie Cansler, who had an iron safe in his home in Angelina County in which he kept money and valuable papers. Driving in an automobile from Galveston into Angelina County, appellant and his companions entered the home of Cansler. Cansler resisted and was killed. The safe was taken from the house and carried into Galveston County, where it was later discovered by officers. Glenn Warren testified that appellant killed deceased. Appellant admitted that he…
