Reid Richards appeals a final judgment for protection against stalking entered in favor of the appellee, Jacqueline Gonzalez, who lives (with her three children) next door to Mr. Richards and his spouse. Finding Ms. Gonzalez’s proof insufficient under the applicable statutes and precedent, we revérse the final judgment and vacate the injunction.
