ORDER OVERRULING TRUSTEE’S OBJECTION TO CLAIM OF EXEMPTIONS IN PART

THIS MATTER is before the Court on the Trustee’s Objection to the Debtor’s Claim of Exemptions (the “Objection,” Doc. 21). The Objection asserts that the Debtor exceeded the exemption amount allowed for a single motor vehicle under Florida 1 aw by combining FI a. Stat. §§ 222.25(1) with 222.25(4).
