Patrick T. Manion, Jr., sued attorney Stephen E. Nagin, and the law firms of Herzfeld & Rubin, Herzfeld & Rubin, P.C., and Nagin Gallop Figueredo, P.A., for breach of fiduciary duty, negligence, and tortious interference with contract stemming from Nagin’s conduct in the creation and representation of the Boat Dealers’ Alliance, Inc. (BDA). 1 The district court 2 dismissed Manion’s suit, and we affirm.
