Carroll Clabo and wife, Blanche Clabo; Dorothy Reed and husband, Earl Reed; Edna Myers and husband, Jerry Myers; and Kate Clabo and husband, Junior Clabo (“Plaintiffs”) and Great American Resorts, Inc. (“Defendant”) own neighboring properties in Gatlinburg, Tennessee.
