This case comes before the Court for trial on stipulated facts. For the reasons discussed below, the Court grants judgment to the plaintiff.
Oscar R. Wachter purchased a residence at 13484 Rock Lane in Milford, Virginia, and he executed a deed of trust on this property to secure the purchase loan he obtained from Associates Financial Services of America, Inc.
