This was an action on a fire insurance policy by the Fayetteville Building Loan Association against the Mutual Fire Insurance Company of West Virginia, to recover the sum of $1,500.00 and interest, under a mortgage clause attached to a policy obtained by Mrs. S. I. Holliday to insure property held by the building and loan association as security for a $1,500.00 loan. The amount of the policy was $2,500.00.
