This is a suit by appellant to obtain a temporary injunction to restrain appellee, its officers, agents and employees, from the prosecution of certain condemnation proceedings pending in the county court of Hidalgo county, and from attempting to take possession of, and entering upon, and removing any earth or other materials from, the land of appellant, and, on final trial, to have such temporary injunction made perpetual.
