This is an appeal pursuant to G. L. c. 211, § 3, by *528the minor child, Manuel, from denial of interlocutory relief by a. single justice of this court. Manuel asked the District Court judge who was presiding in this G. L. c. 119 care and protection matter to hold a hearing pursuant to G. L. c. 119, § 25, to consider the nomination by him of his paternal grandparents to be his legal custodians during the pendency of the c. 119 proceedings.
