From a decree of the circuit court of Randolph county, dismissing its bill against Henry C. Terry, Trustee, the' Middle *574Fork Coal & Lumber Company, the Roaring Creek Coal & Coke Company and Samuel B. Diller, praying relief against them in respect to two tracts of land, containing, in the aggregate, 1,788% acres, the Cassiday Fork Boom & Lumber Company has appealed.
The appellant is a corporation to which, on the second day of November, 1891, said land, known as Lots No. 16 and 17, of a certain tract, containing, respectively, 916 acres and 872% acres, had been conveyed by…
