In this action under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), MCL 15.231 et seq., defendant village of Oakley appeals by right the order of the trial court granting plaintiff Brandi Cramer’s motion for summary disposition under MCR 2.116(0(10) (no genuine issue of material fact) on all six counts of plaintiffs complaint. Defendant also challenges the trial court’s order awarding plaintiff attorney fees, costs, and disbursements.
