I. INTRODUCTION AND PROCEDURAL BACKGROUND

Roger John Traversa, Jr. ("the Debtor") filed this chapter 7 bankruptcy case on October 16, 2017. Following the meeting of creditors on November 22, 2017, the Trustee reported that this was a no-asset case. The Debtor received his chapter 7 discharge on January 25, 2018.
