Joanna Porter Wheeler, individually and as Administratrix, D.B.N. for the Estate of Paul David Porter, appeals from the 31 December 1992 Order by the Circuit Court of Kanawha County enforcing the jury verdict returned in favor of the Appellee, Joseph Murphy. The complaint asserts that on 13 April 1989, Mr. Murphy, while a passenger in a car driven by J.C.
