This suit was filed by a number of taxpayers and voters, as relators, in the superior court of Cook County, to mandamus the Board of Election Commissioners to use in the November 2,. 1948, general election regular paper ballots in place of, and in lieu of, voting machines, which had been purchased and approved for over four hundred voting-places.
