— Appellant, Helen Scott, instituted this action in the Hendricks Circuit Court for an absolute divorce from appellee, Robert E. Scott.

Appellant’s complaint for an absolute divorce was predicated upon the statutory grounds of cruel and inhuman treatment. Appellant’s complaint further requested custody of the minor children, a reasonable amount of money for their support, personal property of the parties, and costs of the action.
