The factual background of this case, which presents no issue of fact, is set out in the detailed opinion of September 22, 1982.1

Suffice it to say that plaintiff is a tenant occupying residential quarters and was made a defendant in summary dispossess proceeding initiated against her in Hudson County District Court. That action was decided in her favor, which made it unnecessary to consider her application to this court for a preliminary injunction to restrain prosecution of the suit.
