The defendants appeal from a declaratory judgment and a permanent injunction entered against them by the Circuit Court of Jefferson County. The defendants claim to be the duly elected members of the board of directors of Cumberland Lake Country Club, Inc., for 1993 and the election committee for the board of directors of Cumberland Lake Country Club, Inc.
