This appeal is an effort by the appellant to secure a court order for increase of monthly allowance to be paid by appellee for the care and upkeep of their child.
The parties are not strangers to court proceedings. They were before this court in Bockman v. Bockman, 202 Ark. 585, 151 S. W. 2d 99, and also in 204 Ark. 891, 165 S. W. 2d 256. In both of these cases, Dr. Bockman (appellee in the present appeal) was denied a divorce and ordered to pay Mrs. Bockman (appellant in the present appeal) the sum of $30 per month for the support of their child, named Sanford…
