Donald E. Tooley (Tooley) appeals the sentence the district court 1 imposed following his guilty plea conviction for being a felon in possession of ammunition, in violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 922(g)(1) and 924(e). Finding Tooley was an armed career criminal, the district court sentenced him to the statutory minimum of 15 years in prison. See 18 U.S.C. § 924(e)(1); U.S.S.G. § 4B1.4. Tooley’s counsel has moved to withdraw and has filed a brief under Anders v. California, 386 U.S. 738, 87 S.Ct. 1396, 18 L.Ed.2d 493 (1967).
