THIS MATTER originally came before the Court on the Plaintiffs’ Motion for Partial Summary Judgment (“Motion”), in which they sought judgment on their non-dischargeability claim under 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(19), 1 alleging securities law violations and fraud. The Court requested further briefing from the parties as to whether this Court could make a determination of liability for securities violations or fraud in the first instance or whether the language of this statute required the liability determination, as opposed to the nondis-chargeability…
